Now's your time to finally take control of your space, time and energy so you can focus on what’s important to you.

As a tidy turtle you are all in on bringing some calm and organisation to your home.

You don’t need your home to be show home perfect but you want a home that works with you, not against you.

You are ready to start organising your home and to create more manageable systems and habits to sustain your decluttering efforts.

You are ready to bring order & calm to your home!

But let’s not brush how you’re currently feeling under the rug.

As a tidy turtle you have decluttered before and have had some success with it.

You are much more intentional about your physical items and what you bring into your home and your life!

Great right? But…..

…. somehow the clutter starts re-appearing and the organisation keeps failing.

You understand the importance of less clutter, but keeping your home clutter free is proving difficult and you feel like all your hard work seems pointless.

You are not new to decluttering and have much less clutter in your home, but maintaining it longer term is what you need.

You KNOW you need to set up systems and habits to make the change sustainable, but taking action is easier said than done, especially when you are already feeling deflated….

You sit down with every intention of getting your home organised but then frustration pulls up a chair and makes itself at home. You offer it a cuppa tea (yes I know, very British cliche) and have a chat.

Why bother you ask yourself?

Well, that’s where my Freedom Framework comes in.

It’s my tried and tested system that I walk all my clients through so they can achieve…

MORE SPACE

Mental

MORE time

MORE energy

MORE freedom

let's check out the simple joy freedom framework....

focus

Before you get started you need to review your home and potential target areas. It can be easy to overwhelm yourself, so you need to prioritise what needs to be done first. Knowing your focus areas will feel less of a daunting task, rather than knowing you need to organise the whole house!

  • Action: Ask yourself where would make the biggest impact in your day? Perhaps organising the bathroom for when you get ready in the morning? Or the coat rack so you can find the coat you need on your way to work!

reframe

One way to tackle the issue of frustration around not being able to get organised, is to find your main motivator. What is it that makes you want to do this? Is it causing issues in your family life? Are you struggling with your mental health because of the returning clutter and disorganisation? Dig deep and find your reason why.

  • Action: Why not make a mood board of what you want your ideal home and lifestyle to look like post clear out? Stick it in a prominent place and use it to get you going!

eSTABLISH AN ACTION PLAN

You need to find your unique style of organisation so you’re more likely to stick to it.

Don’t pick the rainbow order/ colour coded, transparent acrylic boxes you see on The Home Edit because they said you should. If it is not going to work with your personality – don’t try and force it.

  • Action: Take some time and really think about what type of organisation would work for you and your family in order to maintain it. If you have young children a simple visual method of organisation could work really well! You may have storage containers already and just need to re-order items. Plan what you need to do and when you will do it – get it in your calendar!

Hey, I'M Hayley

MY MISSION IS TO HELP YOU REGAIN CONTROL & CHOOSE CALM OVER CHAOS!

I am a Declutter Coach & Mother to two little girls. I started Simple Joy to help you declutter your life – just like I did! I help overwhelmed people declutter their lives to make space, time and energy so they can focus on what’s important to them.

I started Simple Joy after digging myself out from the overwhelming weight of an over-cluttered life and mind. There are so many of us struggling and feeling constantly overwhelmed who just need some gentle guidance. Slowing down and minimising has made such a positive impact on my family and I want to share it with you!

It’s not about being minimalist, unless that’s your style, it’s about cherishing your favourite things and creating the space you need to lead a life you love. For me, watching people realise that a few simple changes can allow them to regain control and find joy in life again, is incredibly rewarding!

I can’t wait to help you regain control and live intentionally.
